In order to do so, we offer a wide variety of services such as:

Construction Management

Construction management is a specialized service that gives project owners effective control over the project’s budget, timeline, scope, quality, and function.

Cost Management

The term “cost management” refers to the planning and oversight of a project’s budget. A project will be completed on time, under budget, and in accordance with its intended scope if effective project cost management is used. Since you assess the success of a project at least in part by its cost performance, cost management is a prime determinant of the project outcome.

Contractor Procurement

Procurement contracting is the process of forming legally enforceable agreements between contractors and suppliers in the course of managing a project. These agreements are required for projects in order to receive the necessary goods, services, and materials. We analyse all the contracts and closely oversee the contractor’s work.

Feasibility Study

A feasibility study is an analysis that considers all of a project’s relevant factors—including economic, technical, legal, and scheduling considerations—to ascertain the likelihood of completing the project successfully.

Whether a project is feasible or not can depend on several factors, including the project’s cost and return on investment, meaning whether the project generated enough revenue or sales from consumers.

Construction Permitting

Building permits are written authorizations issued by a city or county to construct a project. They are required for most construction or remodeling projects, in order to ensure the safety of the work and its compliance with building, construction, and zoning codes. Using our experience in the field, we oversee the permitting process consulting the architect and keeping strong ties with the institutions.

Risk Management

Construction risk management is the process of evaluating and implementing procedures to reduce the impact of risks in construction projects. This risk management process involves thorough planning to create a risk management plan that allows project managers to identify, monitor and mitigate risks as they arise.

Design Management

Design is the process of creating a solution to a project brief and then preparing instructions allowing that solution to be constructed.

In order that project budgets can be satisfied, programmes achieved, and designs properly co-ordinated and communicated, the design process needs to be planned and controlled. Problems can occur where there is missing information, poorly communicated information, inconsistencies between documentation, poor resource allocation, poor decision making due to inadequate information, and so on.

Site Inspection

Construction projects involve the co-ordination of a great number of people, materials and components. Regular inspection is a crucial part of ensuring that the works progress as intended, both in terms of quality and compliance. Inspections will be carried out for a number of different purposes throughout the duration of a project.
